These terms govern your use of the Undelivr mobile app. By using Undelivr, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Undelivr is a subscription app sold through the Apple App Store. Available plans and prices are shown in the app before you purchase. Where a free trial is offered, the length is shown before you subscribe.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are happy to help you with the process, but we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
Undelivr is a habit and budgeting tool. It is not financial advice, medical advice, nutritional advice, or treatment for any condition, including any eating or addictive disorder. Savings figures are estimates based on the information you provide and are not guarantees. Recipes are suggestions; you are responsible for food safety, allergies, and your own dietary needs.
If you are struggling with your relationship to food or with compulsive spending, please talk to a qualified professional. Undelivr is not a substitute for that.
Your mentor's messages are generated by an AI system and are intended to be motivating, sometimes bluntly. They may occasionally be wrong or inappropriate for your situation. Use your judgment. You can change your mentor's tone, or stop messages entirely, at any time in Settings.
If you enable alerts to another person, you are responsible for having their permission and for what those messages say. Do not use this feature to harass anyone.
We may update, change, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we materially change these terms, we will update the date above.
Undelivr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of Undelivr is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
