Undelivr is built around a simple promise: we help you spend less money, and we make money from your subscription, not from your data. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show ads.
Undelivr does not require an account, does not ask for your real name, and does not access your contacts, location, health data, or financial accounts.
When you scan your fridge, the photo is sent to our processing service and to an AI model provider so it can be turned into recipes. The photo is used for that request and is not stored on our servers after the recipes are returned, and it is not used to train any model. If you never use the fridge scan feature, no photo ever leaves your phone.

We do not sell your personal information, share it with data brokers, or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
If you turn on accountability alerts, a message is sent from your own phone to a person you choose, using Apple's Shortcuts app on your device. You choose the recipient and the wording, and you can turn it off at any time. Please only add someone who has agreed to receive these messages.
Habit events and mentor messages are kept while your account is active so your streak and conversation stay intact. Fridge photos are not retained after processing. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.
Undelivr is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
